Skyridge

This project is a single-family residential development in the City of Mission Viejo. It consists of 84 lots on approximately 28 acres in a hillside setting along the northerly boundaries of the City of Mission Viejo. Site grading design creates maximum number of view lots while providing efficient grading operations and addressing the site’s topographical and geological unique characteristics.

Drainage design for the project addresses the hydromodification requirements by the implementation of an extensive underground storage system to control storm runoff from the site to Aliso Creek. This system employs a series of underground pipes, flow control structures and water quality filtration systems.
