360 Fusion Apartments

The 360 Fusion Apartment project by Adams Streeter includes civil engineering and construction surveying services for this 280-unit apartment complex in Irvine.  The project was located within the city’s “Irvine Business Complex” (IBC) area, which created an “overlay zone” for the re-development and transformation of formal light industrial/retail properties into multi-family residential projects.

The apartment complex, developed by 360 Residential out of Atlanta Georgia, is a 5-story complex with a “wrap-around” parking garage structure within the project’s core.  The project amenities include two ground-level open-air courtyards that offer a play-structure and play-area, shade structure with fire pit, a koi-pond, barbeques and benches.  The project’s most unique recreational amenity is an open-air roof-top swimming pool and spa on the upper deck of the parking structure that also includes a workout fitness room, a multi-purpose meeting room, restrooms and showers, deck lounging and open-air cabanas.
