Jan Adams
Founder, Chairman of the Board

Jan Adams has over 43 years of civil engineering experience including public works, residential, commercial and industrial projects.

He has also been recognized for his leadership as the President of Orange County Chapter of the Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors of California, as well as Chairman of the Board of the Southern California Association of Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors.

 

Jan’s many years of experience in business management insures that Adams Streeter’s business affairs are conducted with integrity and on a sound financial basis.

Randy Streeter
Founder, President

Randy Streeter has over 40 years of experience managing projects including master planned residential communities and difficult hillside residential subdivisions.

He has managed extensive office, retail, and industrial projects that included master planned industrial and office parks, as well as retail shopping centers. Randy has also supervised the design of City, County and Water District Agency projects including public parks, public buildings, road and utility improvements, and low-income housing.

 

Randy’s experience covers all aspects of civil engineering design, including land planning, due diligence, governmental processing, and preparation of civil engineering plans for grading, storm drain, roadways and sewer and water improvements. He plays an integral role in all civil design projects for the firm, thoroughly reviewing and approving all plans to ensure the finest projects.

 

Randy and his wife are avid skiers and hikers and enjoy spending their free time in Park City, Utah.

Nick Streeter—PE, PLS
Senior Vice President

Nick Streeter has over 15 years of experience as a Professional Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor. He has experience designing and managing many projects.

These projects include residential, commercial, and public works projects throughout Orange County, Riverside County, and the Coachella Valley.

 

Nick has extensive knowledge in preparation of entitlement documents, tentative and final maps, street, sewer, water, and drainage improvement plans, along with grading plans and WQMP & SWPPP reports.

 

Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a MBA from Chapman University. He is a qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD), and a Professional Civil Engineer and Surveyor in the State of California.

 

Nick has been with the firm since 2000 and enjoys surfing, snowboarding and mountain biking in his spare time.

Felix Gonzalez—PE, QSD/P
Vice President of Commercial Engineering

Felix Gonzalez brings over 23 years of experience in all facets of civil engineering, land development and surveying.

His depth of experience includes site planning and development, entitlement procurement, tenant improvements, ADA site improvements, construction documents, value engineering, construction administration and project management.

 

Felix brings high quality service and value to each project he manages and is a highly analytical problem solver. Felix has experience in a variety of project types including commercial, industrial, retail, drive-thru restaurants, institutional, residential, medical office, automotive, and technology. He oversees all technical aspects of the company’s Commercial Engineering projects.

 

Felix holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, is a qualified SWPPP Developer & Practitioner (QSD/P) and a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California.

 

Felix returned to Adams-Streeter after working for 8 years with a large international commercial architectural firm. He is a road cyclist, mountain biker and wine enthusiast.
